## The space My home features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom and a small private patio. The flat was built in 1824, and has many original Georgian period features combined with a fresh modern decor. You will arrive to a professionally cleaned home with hotel quality high thread-count bed linen and towels. If you are self-isolating, this would be a great place to do so as the property has its own private entrance. The use of a secure lockbox will allow you to check-in at a time which suits you. ## The neighborhood Stay in my flat and you'll be surrounded by beautiful Georgian architecture, and close to many art galleries and the quirky antique shops of Dundas Street. There are also lots of shops nearby for picking up a pint of milk, loaf of bread etc. You’ll also be a 5 minute walk to the popular Stockbridge Sunday Market. The area of Stockbridge has a village feel right in the city centre; it was voted to be the most desirable place to live in UK (The Times 2017). Very pretty, with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and independent shops. The flat is a great base for exploring the city on foot. It’s also well-connected to public transport - bus and tram stops are close-by. Just a 10 minute walk to bustling Princes Street, and an equal distance to wonderful Broughton Street. You can reach the Royal Mile & the Castle on foot in 20 minutes. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, and York Place tram stop is just 10 minutes away on foot.
