## The space The studio is compact but contains all necessities. There is a bathroom with a bath & shower; a full kitchen including fridge, freezer, gas oven & hob and washing machine (with tumble dry function). Although small, there is ample storage in the large wardrobe and a comfortable bed. It's warm - with gas central heating throughout and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wifi & Apple TV included. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. ## Guest interaction I won't be available in person, however I have a fantastic support team on hand to assist you with any queries.

Neighbourhood information

## The neighborhood The location, in Newington, means that local bars, restaurants, shops and amenities can be enjoyed yet the city centre attractions can be easily accessed by foot (approx 15 mins to Princes Street) or public transport. The apartment is in close proximity to many the University of Edinburgh buildings and library. The neighbourhood is quite a cool place to hang out. With the location so close to the University, many student haunts are within minutes, but this is mixed with some really great restaurants and bars. It's quite a relaxed neighbourhood: good local pubs, a range of cuisine, and close to the Meadows (a huge park which has tennis, a play park and an abundance of people enjoying disposable BBQs when the weather is good!) ## Getting around Public transport (bus) is accessible within minutes of the apartment. Almost all of the buses go to the city centre as well as a range of other destinations. The apartment is in parking zone 3, which is pay and display parking Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 6.30pm; Saturday 8.30am – 1.30pm. Saturday afternoon and Sunday parking is free.
