1 Boath Road is a superb semi-detached resting in the village of Auldearn in Scotland. The cottage as two bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a single, serviced by a ground-floor shower room, the property is ideal to sleep up to three people. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. To the rear of the property is a multi-level garden with both lawned and patio areas with furniture, as well as boasting a children's slide and a private sauna. There is off-road parking at the front of the property for one car, as well as roadside parking if required. There is minor visible damage to the carpet which will be replaced by January 2020
