Just a short walk from the sea front and shops the property makes great use of the space acquired including a spacious living area on the open mezzanine floor which also incorporates a solid fuel fire. With allocated parking less than two minutes walk away and a small enclosed courtyard with seating the property offers ideal accommodation to enjoy all Lyme has to offer. The owner is one of Lyme Regis's most keen and appreciated fossil collectors and has left some helpful tips in the property for anyone who may wish to try their hand at finding their own Ichthyosaur tooth, or maybe more. A maximum of two dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged each per week (or part week).
