1 Church House is a detached church conversion in the village of Totland just one mile from Freshwater. The cottage sleeps seven people and has two super-king size double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite wet rooms, one super-king size double with en-suite shower room, one single bedroom and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a patio with furniture and BBQ. Situated on the west side of the Isle of Wight, 1 Church House is a fantastic family cottage all year round. Note: Max 7 people including infants.
The village of Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's beautiful coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and spectacular unspoilt coastal scenery.
