Patio door providing access to secure fenced back garden. The utility room offers guests a washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board. Storage for golf clubs and outdoor equipment. There is a treadmill running machine available for guests to use. The first floor consists of a master bedroom, double and twin bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The outside area consists of off-street parking for 2 cars. The secure back garden has grass and paving.
