There is an open plan kitchen and dining room that leads through the comfortable living room and the South facing terrace beyond. 1 North Crest House is a fantastic apartment suitable for a couple or young family wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space. Twin beds can be placed together to create a super-King size bed, but please note the beds do not lock together. This must be requested at time of booking. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
