1 Tan Y Fedw is a semi detached cottage on the edge of the village of Trefriw in North Wales. The cottage sleeps three people and has a double bedroom, a single and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove.Outside is off road parking and a terraced garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, 1 Tan Y Fedw is lovely cottage for a romantic retreat in beautiful North Wales.
Set within the Snowdonia National Park is the pretty village of Trefriw, ideally placed for all manner of activities and attractions with the splendour of both the National Park and the North Wales Coast on the doorstep. The village offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a working woollen mill and craft shop. The Trefriw Wells Spa, originally used by the Romans, is also worth visiting. The River Conwy and wonderful lakes in the hills above Trefriw provide great fishing opportunities, especially the renowned Llyn Crafnant. With numerous beautiful walks available throughout the region this is an excellent spot for ramblers, whilst history enthusiasts will enjoy the fine example of a Tudor courtyard at Gwydyr Castle and the extensive Gwydyr Forest Park.
