15 Churchfields is a comfortable holiday bungalow located in a quiet spot at the top of Dartmouth; The large glass fronted balcony off the kitchen really makes the most of the stunning views over the town and river. All the accommodation is on one level and there is plenty of parking for 2 cars or a car and a boat as well as outdoor space for barbecues. Dartmouth is a short walk downhill where you will find a number of great restaurants, shops and cafes as well as transport links to surrounding towns via the river. Getting back up is quite easy with a regular bus service that stops 200m from the property. The front door opens to the hallway, to the left the master bedroom is furnished with a Z+L super king bed, which can be made as twin beds. The second bedroom off to the right has twin 3ft beds. At the end of the hallway is the living room, kitchen diner and family bathroom. The living room. This is a lovely light room with dual aspect windows affording stunning views over the town and river as well as the surrounding countryside. The kitchen diner is well equipped with bi-folding doors that open onto the balcony.
