Our lovely caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double bed with new quality mattress and fitted wardrobes with an en-suite toilet. The smaller bedroom has two single beds and storage for clothes. The lounge sofa converts to a bed also. We have gas central heating plus a gas fire so it is lovely and cosy in the colder months. There is plenty of workspace in the kitchen and an oven, a new full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own bedding and towels, or we can provide laundered linen at an additional cost. We will provide a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and some toiletries, just in case you have a late arrival. Cleaning products & tea towels are also included.

156 Newquay Bay caravan is a family and couples only holiday rental and has a security gate entrance. We cannot accept bookings for groups of gents or groups of ladies. Please note we will need your car registration for automatic recognition a week before you arrive so we can notify the park. We are very close to Porth Beach & Lusty Glaze Beach, also Watergate Bay is a short drive away. Newquay centre is only a ten minute drive away and boasts many excellent bars and restaurants, a cinema and many supermarkets & shops. Newquay Bay Resort is a wonderful holiday site and has a bar, restaurant, seasonal outdoor and indoor swimming pool as well as a sauna and steam room.
