Hoirzon Barn was built in 2011 in a traditional style using reclaimed local stone, brick and timber. Heating and hot water is produced by a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting is used for non-potable water requirements. Interior features have been created by local craftsmen using antique and reclaimed materials. Located in a working yard, Jim's Antiques Salvage and Timber. Off road and secure parking is available to guests. Downstairs there is a small entrance way, a well equipped kitchen and a log stove for cooking, heating and an extra cosy atmosphere. There is also underfloor heating. Bi-fold doors open into a private outside area with BBQ, table and chairs.

Owner and antiques enthusiast Jim lives and works between France and the UK, leaving experienced mum Irene to host the holiday let. Irene has been running Wold View House Bed and Breakfast for a number of years and has taken Horizon Barn on as another string to her bow. Busy bee Irene will cater to your needs and help you make the most out of your stay with all of her local knowledge.
