From the outside you can see why it gets its name 'The skinny house', Inside there is a stylish mix of old and new with exposed beans and stonework as well as modern wood and glass. 16 Clarence Hill benefits from far reaching views over the town and river. Situated on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and river Dart, the house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms making this an ideal property for two couples to share. There is a parking space in front of the property as well as a place to sit outside. Fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz in the fridge will welcome you on your arrival. Dogs welcome. The front door opens into the contemporary dining area with extendable dining table to seat 6 to 8.
