This wonderful, spacious barn conversion is on a lovely holiday park in Routh, near Beverley and Hornsea. The barn has three bedrooms: on the ground floor is a twin room with an en-suite bath, whilst upstairs is a second twin room with a shower, and a master room with a king-size bed and en-suite bath. The living space is spacious, social and open plan, with a kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area where you relax with your feet up and a DVD. Outside, you can enjoy alfresco dining in a private corner of a beautiful, shared courtyard, which another five holiday homes are centred around. There is also off road parking and fishing, golf and bowls on site. A great base for a fun-filled getaway in Yorkshire.
The ancient market town of Beverley, with its splendid Gothic Minster and the twice-weekly market. The town is steeped in history; construction of the Minster began in 1220 and continued until 1425 and over the centuries has been continually added to. Other historical building include Ann Routh's hospital, an Almshouse built in 1749, the Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms to name a few. Beverley has a wide variety of shops, eateries and other amenities but is within reach of York, Bridlington and Hull with their own excellent attractions.
