Lindley Lodge is a spacious 3 bed townhouse minutes from York, offering a home from home experience. Set in a quiet street just 15 mins walk from York Rail Station & with on-street parking. Who we host: We host families, business travellers, world travellers, extended families who want to reunite for a holiday in the beautiful city of York. We don’t host hen/stag parties, wild parties or noisy guests! The building was built in 1900 and yet the walls are not as soundproofed as you might think. To the ground floor the hallway with stunning victorian tiles leads into a spacious lounge with reproduction fireplace and comfy sofas. The Dining room contains a chunky table and benches with seating for 8 and a full length rear aspect window. The spacious kitchen contains all the facilities required to have a comfortable home from home stay. There is also a utility room attached which contains a washing machine and dishwasher leading to a downstairs cloakroom. Family bathroom to first floor with shower over bath. Master bedroom overlooks front of the house with a double bed and the second double bedroom overlooks rear garden. Large triple room to top floor.

Quiet residential area, with on street parking. It takes just 10-15 minutes to walk to the City Walls from the house. Conveniently located for the train station. Please note: as this is located in a residential area, no loud noise within or outside the property after 10pm.
