## The space My property is bright and homely and has been recently refurbished to a high standard! There are two cosy bedrooms so the property can easily accommodate 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen just off a living area with flatscreen TV, electric & manual reclining sofas and great views across of the Castle and Arthurs Seat, with the Pentland hills in the distance. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. ## Guest interaction I will not be available in person but I have a fantastic support team that you can contact anytime should you need.

## The neighborhood The restaurants and bars in the popular Shore area of Leith are a 10 minute bus journey away using the number 16 bus, or a few minutes in an Uber. For Michelin starred cuisine, you can dine at restaurants like The Kitchin and Martin Wishart. For a cosy pub experience, Old Chain Pier and Teuchters Landing are recommended. There is also a Loch Fyne seafood Restaurant & a branch of the Prezzo Italian chain nearby. The City Centre and all of its main tourist attractions are only a short journey away.
