## The space There is a large open plan kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. There is a large TV with a Virgin Tivo box and a comfortable corner sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils to make a lovely home cooked meal. The Master bedroom is bright and spacious and has lots of integrated storage space. My cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. There is an en-suite shower room off of the master bedroom which is finished to a high standard. The second bedroom is bright with plenty of wardrobe space to store your items. Off the hall there is a large family bathroom which features a bath and overhead shower. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire space throughout their stay. ## Guest interaction I will not be available in person, however I have a fantastic support team on hand if you have any issues.
## The neighborhood The Broughton area is at the base of the New Town. There are great links into Stockbridge area and into the city centre. There a several bars and restaurants within walking distance and two large supermarkets. There are several parks near to the property which are waiting to be explored such as the Royal Botanic Gardens, King George Park and Inverleith Park. ## Getting around There are great bus links within a short walk of the property. The 36 goes into Stockbridge and the West End and it stops at the end of the road. Edinburgh in general is a walkable city and the city centre can be found via a picturesque walk through the New Town.
