This beautiful caravan was purchased in June 2020 brand new. The caravan sleeps up to 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), flat screen TV, central heating, free WIFI, open plan living, bathroom and en suite to the master bedroom. The caravan also has a decking area which includes patio furniture and a BBQ. A short walk away are the 5* facilities of the sister site South Lakeland Leisure Village which include a restaurant/takeaway. Swimming pool, gym and spa are available for you to use at an extra cost. There are also outdoor seating facilities overlooking the lake with a small sanded area for children to enjoy. The lake is also available for any water hobbies you may have. Borwick Lakes is an open fishery that has several lakes holding an excellent head of mixed coarse fish. A selection of pegs are available around the lakes offering secluded, peaceful bases away from interruptions and noise pollution. The fishery offers stocks of specimen carp (30lbs+), chub, tench, roach, silver fish, crucian, perch, bream, skimmers and more.
