2 Dartview provides excellent ground floor accommodation for one couple or solo travellers looking to explore Dartmouth and South Devon. Enjoying river views across the harbour and over to Kingswear the apartment is conveniently situated on Newcomen Road, a couple of minutes’ walk from the river and the town centre as well as being en-route to Dartmouth’s historic castle and the South West Coast Path. The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of this impressive old house. Whilst there is no parking on site there is space to stop outside to unload and a parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue Car Park a 2-minute walk away. A few steps up to the front door of the building leads to a communal hallway. The front door of the apartment opens into the open plan living room, with compact kitchen area, the sitting area has two sofas, TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs set into the window, with lovely view out over the river. There is one bedroom at the rear of the property with a double bed and storage. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin, washing machine/tumble dryer.
