2 Lee Court is a beautifully appointed waterfront holiday apartment, situated on Dartmouth’s North Embankment with fabulous views of the river Dart towards Kingswear. It benefits from three bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms perfect for couples or families. There is a lift however there is a flight of 12 steps up to the entrance. Parking for two cars is provided – there is a garage at the rear of the building and a parking pass provided for the Mayors Avenue car park. From the communal stairwell the front door opens to the entrance hall leading through to the lounge/dining room which is a lovely bright room at the front of the apartment with dual aspect windows overlooking the river to the hills beyond. The master king size bedroom is at the front of the apartment and has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath, twin wash basins, toilet and large shower cubicle. There are two further bedrooms at the rear of the apartment both with twin beds; the first en-suite has a shower, wash basin and toilet, the second has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet.
