2 Tanworth House is a lovely first floor apartment decorated to a high standard throughout, a few minutes’ walk to the coastal path and close to Thurlestone Golf Club, beaches and village amenities. The property sleeps six in three bedrooms - the Master bedroom with King-size bed, en suite bathroom and doors out to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms are both twins with two single beds. The living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with dresser and a comfortable lounge with doors leading to a good size balcony with patio table and chairs. Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Parking for two cars. 2 Tanworth House is ideal for couples or families wishing to enjoy its superb location. The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
