Information about the host

The chalet has a living area with a fire place, television with a DVD player and a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed for a child. There is a table and chairs leading into the kitchen, it is self-catering and the kitchen has everything you may need for your stay. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, basin and toilet. In one bedroom there is a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds, both bedrooms have enough storage space for a short stay. The chalet is conveniently located within the park with ample parking right outside. Unfortunately, we do not accept dogs and have a strict no smoking policy. The Resort is a good base for exploring North Devon and Cornwall and there is much to see and do. Our chalet is suitable for families, couples, business trips, walkers, cyclists, golfers, surfers and more. We don't allow parties, hen or stag nights and our neighbours respect the same rules so you can be sure the chalet is nice and peaceful.

Hello and thank you for considering us. **PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING** Due to the current government guideline recommendations, WE ARE NO LONGER SUPPLYING BED LINEN AND TOWELS. Duvets, pillows and protectors will be provided for each bed but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and towels. We can hire bed linen and towels if requested in advance of your check-in time (at least 6hrs) at a rate of 10gbp per guest per stay. Please let us know as soon as you can if you wish to bring your own bedding and towels or if you would like to hire them from us. Payment must be made in advance of your check-in time (at least 6hrs), please message us for more details. This is our little family's holiday home, we love it and we hope you do too. Please respect our house rules and our check-in and check-out procedures. We ask for you to communicate with us once you have booked regarding bed linen and towels by using the booking. com messaging service or by text/phone if you prefer. All the directions, door key code etc will be sent to you the day before you arrive (the PIN booking. com will send you is NOT our door key code)

The main complex has a bar, restaurant and take-away service. There is entertainment every night in The Manor House and is wonderful for all ages. The chalet is a five-minute walk away from the complex but the walk is quite steep so unsuitable for guests with low mobility. There are heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a water slide and play areas for children, including a playground, 2p arcade games and a soft play. The launderette has commercial washing machines and dryers for guests to use and there is a supermarket on-site. PLEASE NOTE that ALL the park facilities are closed down between mid-November to mid-February and may be limited during peak season due to the current situation. Please contact the park for more information. The park facilities are NOT included in the price of the chalet. If you want to use the bar, restaurant or pools you will need to purchase a family entertainment pass from reception. The price is from 30-44gbp for the whole family for the duration of your stay or a day rate of 6.50gbp per person (prices correct in 2019).
