The property is set in the uphill area of Lincoln, within 15 minutes’ stroll from Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral. The medieval lane Steep Hill, which connects the modern town centre with the Cathedral quarter, is found in a 13 minutes' walk. Canwick Park Golf Club is a 10 minutes’ drive away. Lincoln high street is 1.2 miles away, and offers plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

22 Mill Road is lovely property just a short walk away from the Cathedral Quarter. Parking is free via a residents parking pass. You will normally be able to park very close to the property, However, later in the day the space becomes limited. So you might be faced with a small walk. In any case you will always to able to pull into an adjacent driveway for unloading.

We are a small family business with 22 Mill Road being our only property, so you will be assured a warm welcome. We meet you on arrival and hand over the keys and show you around. Living close by we are always available to deal with any problems you may have.

Being so close to the top end of Lincoln's attractions, the property still on relatively quiet road only used for local access.
