A great 2 bed property right in the centre of York but located in a quiet residential area. It has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard with a modern feel. The property is just minutes away from all the shops, restaurants and attractions that York has to offer. It is close to the River Ouse which is great for lovely walks. The outside space is great and has seating for 4 people. The lounge and kitchen are open plan so has a very spacious feel.
