Set in a private gated courtyard of just three properties, this two bedroom modern mews cottage is in the pretty village of Hurstpierpoint close to the South Downs and just eight miles north from Brighton. The open plan sitting-dining room is very spacious, with the kitchen area at the front well-equipped with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Accessed through French doors from the sitting area, to the rear is a fabulous large enclosed garden with patio and lawn. There are two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom with king sized bed and bedroom two with twin beds. The family bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a rain shower and handheld shower fitted above. There is also a separate cloakroom downstairs accessed from the hall. This cottage can also be booked together with 2 Ladymead Mews if you are looking for larger/neighbouring accommodation that sleeps up to eight people. Whilst both properties are very similar, please note that some photos displayed on the listing for No. 3 are actually of No. 2, and are for illustration only.

Hurstpierpoint is within two miles of Hassocks and the mainline rail service between Brighton and London, so the capital is only one hour away. Brighton is just eight miles to the south, a lively and vibrant city with a melting pot of culture and quite unique. One of its most famous landmarks is the Royal Pavilion – the spectacular seaside palace of the Prince Regent (George IV), and the Regency heritage of this period is much in evidence in the city.
