The steps lead up to the large, private blocked paved courtyard. The outside dining furniture has seating for four. Double French doors open into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This apartment has gas central heating and wooden flooring throughout. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a footstool, a Smart TV and Wii games console, together with a selection of games and DVD’s. The dining area has a table and seating for four. The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The first bedroom has a double bed with a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has zip and link beds provide two single beds or a superking size bed and fitted wardrobe.
