It is a spacious flat on the ground floor and has a King, a double and two twins. There is also a lounge/diner/kitchen and two bathrooms, each with a shower. Ideal for golfers, visitors to the town or University, families and for those people just wanting the freedom of having their own space in a central location. Free on-street parking.

Easy and frequent access to Edinburgh, Dundee and Fife's coastal villages.
