This 3 bedroom holiday house situated on this popular family holiday park, half way between Perranporth and St. Agnes. Use of heated indoor pool included in the price. There is a bar, restaurant, tennis courts and children's play area. Entrance into the open-plan living accommodation. The lounge has two comfortable arm chairs and a sofa, colour television with free-view & DVD player. dining table and chairs for 6 people. The fitted kitchen includes full size oven, microwave, washing machine and a fridge. There is a twin bedroom off this room with a range of bedroom furniture, and on the first floor is another twin bedded room and a double room each with a range of bedroom furniture. The bathroom is very nicely tiled through-out and includes a bath with electric shower over, wash-basin & WC. Bed linen and electricity are included. Please bring your own towels
Parking is close to the property in the private car park. Plenty of space around the park for children to play with an enclosed children’s play area. Also tennis courts and pitch and putt. There is a small shop on site and also a laundrette. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
