The accommodation is a four-bedroom house with a moderate garden. The house includes four bedrooms which have been decorated to ensure guests feel at home. There are two double bedrooms, a single room and a twin bedroom. There is a bathroom where we have provided amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as well as toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, cookware, basic appliances so guests are free to use these amenities if they wish. We have left milk in the fridge and cereal in a cabinet. Guests are free to help themselves. In the living room, a dining table is laid out with plates and cutlery. There are a comfy sofa and a smart tv on the wall, the tv has Netflix installed. Unfortunately, we do not provide a subscription for this. But, feel free to log into your account. There is a cosy conservatory with a rattan style furniture. There is a washing machine underneath the stairs which guests can use however, we do not provide any washing detergent. There is free front parking that has the capacity to hold two cars.

There are many bus stops throughout the neighbourhood as well as a small corner shop - a minute walk from the house. There is a lovely recreational ground with a park for children and a tennis court. There is also a gym near the accommodation. The accommodation is very close to the heart of the city centre and the train station - about 5 to 10 minutes by car, and 15-25 minutes by foot. There is plenty to do in this lively city! There is the famous Canterbury Cathedral, which is open for visits on most days of the week. There are Canterbury guided walking tours. There are so many high street shops and boutiques. We also have The Marlowe Theatre which has a programme of shows such as plays, musicals, ballet, opera, music gigs, children shows, orchestral concerts, contemporary dance etc. Walking through Westgate Gardens is a must! During spring and summer, the garden is filled with beautiful flowers and ducks passing through River Stour that passes through the garden.
