Welcome to our home-from-home. We would love to host you! The apartment has a Super King size 4 poster bed as well as a twin bedroom. We have added a double sofa bed in the living room so 6 people can stay in total. Your pets are more than welcome to come on holiday with you as we love animals. This fee will be due in cash on arrival. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor in a traditional tenement building (no lift) so may be less suitable for guests with mobility problems.

About me: I am a Dutch girl living in Scotland. Mum of 2 boys, a dog and 2 cats. I love traveling, meeting new people and learning new things. Most recently I have been improving my photography skills at college. In my (very limited) spare time I walk my dog, read books and meet up with Outlander fans from around the UK and further afield.
The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. All major city centre attractions are within easy reach with Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the Playhouse Theatre and key Festival venues such as the Pleasance only 5 minutes by bus or approximately 15 minutes on foot. The Michelin-starred restaurants and Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith are half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by bus. No smoking Pets and Children welcome Strictly NO parties of any kind and/or stag and hen nights/weekends! As the apartment is in a residential building, we expect guests to be quiet and respectful to our neighbours at all times. They are not on holiday and do not wish to be disturbed by our guests making noise/ringing their doorbell etc. By booking with us you are contractually agreeing to abide by our house rules and accept that we reserve the right to evict guests who cannot obey these rules. Quiet time is 10PM till 8AM Guests are not allowed to buzz anyone into the building and are strictly not allowed to leave the building door and/or the flat door on the snip (unlocked). Only the number of people on the booking are permitted at the apartment.
