Our sister property, The Garden Quarter, has a 9.9 Guest Review rating, but this city centre property is heavily booked in advance by repeat visitors, so only two guests on this site in the 2 years we have been listed, each awarding 10/10 review scores for everything. Despite a strict cancellation policy we have refunded every cancellation in full during this crises: unlike OTA’s who have kept their fees.
