These popular holiday apartments are situated in an ideal location right on the beach at Perranporth and within a minute's level walk to the town centre and its amenities, making the use of the car unnecessary except when visiting other holiday resorts and attractions. This apartment also has fantastic views of the beach and sea. Available all year including Christmas and New Year. This first floor apartment has the advantage of sea and beach views from the lounge and double bedroom windows. Decorated to give a modern, light and fresh feel and new modern heating and double glazing makes this apartment perfect for holidays all year round! The fully equipped kitchen has a full size oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing-machine, etc. The comfortably furnished lounge has a 2 seat and and 3 seat sofa and a flat screen TV. There is a good size dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 4. The new bathroom has been beautifully tiled and has a bath and shower over, washbasin & WC. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
