This beautiful Grade II listed building has been recently refurbished and brought back to life, preserving delightful original features. Located in within the city walls, the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is perfect for friends, families and business professionals visiting Chester. As you enter the house you are welcomed by the expansive space filled with original features and high ceilings. The ground floor consists of a cosy living room, a downstairs toilet and a large kitchen/dining area. There is also an outdoor seating area for the warmer months! Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses! There are smart TVs in the kitchen and all of the bedrooms with Netflix available for your use. On the next two floors are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a modern en-suite and there is also a family complete with a freestanding bath. There is an allocated parking space for one car at the property. There is a permit in the house which you will need to display in your car. If you have more than one car, there are car parks nearby. Full details of parking will be provided upon booking. With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a moments walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Please note that the property is located on the main ring-road around Chester. Given its central location, as with all city centres, there are some building works currently ongoing nearby to make you aware of, which will make the property an even more prime location for new restaurants, shops etc.
