Pros: The location was excellent - only five minutes walk from access to the beach - and within easy short drive to local shopping in Sutton on Sea.
Cons: There was nothing that springs to mind. We enjoyed our stay and the available facilities.

Pros: Property was very well equipped and the garage space was useful to store our bikes etc. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the cul de sac was very quiet.
Cons: It would have been useful to have a light near the keysafe as it was difficult to use after dark
