Property information

Our Spacious City Stay is perfect for leisure or business stays, that can accommodate up to 8 people. Set over two floors, you enter through the front door and from the hallway you have a bright airy staircase, doors to the large downstairs cloakroom/toilet, hall cupboard which houses the cleaning items and a utility room with the washing machine. Also, in the hall way are glazed double doors, when opening these you enter a fabulous open plan living space, incorporating the kitchen area, with integrated appliances of the dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob and freestanding kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area hosts a six seater dining room table and chairs. The lounge area has two comfy sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV, coffee table and a variety of DVDs and games. The lounge area overlooks a good sized enclosed private, rear garden with patio and can be accessed from large glazed external doors. The garden has a BBQ, for sole use of the guests. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with an en-suite shower room) and a single bedroom (bed can be converted to a double) and family bathroom.
