My passion and profession in Health and Fitness extends over 25 years! The journey began in the 80's where I actively pursued fitness qualifications yet by the 90’s a debilitating illness confined me to a wheelchair. I refused this diagnosis and put my knowledge of health and fitness into action by prescribing myself a routine of exercise and fitness. I immigrated to India, where I immersed myself in learning the healing powers of natural remedies whilst also promoting healthy life choices for women and developing exercise programmes and activities for major hotels. With Obesity, Diabetes and so many illnesses on the increase plaguing our society, and personally witnessing the side effects of long term use of medication, I have decided to share my knowledge with you.
