Abhaig B&B is a small family-run bed and breakfast located in a rural area 1 miles from Uig. Free private parking is available on site.

The boutique king and double rooms have access to a private external shower room on the ground floor. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, a hairdryer, a multi-USB charger and drinking water in the room. Abhaig B&B features free WiFi throughout the property.

Guests can relax in the lounge, which features an open fire, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV.

Abhaig B&B also has a luxurious stand alone suite called "Am Bothan Dubh" for a couple the suite is beautifully designed and equipped to a high standard. All guests are invited to the main house each morning to enjoy a delicious home cooked breakfast.

Information about the host

We welcome you to Abhaig, our home and small B&B. We hope you enjoy the beautiful rural location and our hospitality. We are located in North Skye, 14 miles from the islands capital Portree and in a very peaceful setting with beautiful views, also just on the doorstep of some of Skye's best areas of natural beauty (Quiraing, Fairy Glen, Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock). The house itself is traditional, but modernised and up to date, we have a pretty garden that you can also use to relax. We offer a lovely room in the main house plus a luxurious stand-alone suite (or Bothy) just footsteps from the Main house. Foodies are very welcome here, Viv loves to cook superb breakfasts and we have just started the world of Supperclubs on limited nights by request! Please note we have pets (cat and dog) in the house, in fact we run a small dog home boarding business from the home, so total separation can be unavoidable at times. Being animal friendly as guests is a real bonus! We have parking on site and are within walking distance or a short drive from the village of Uig. There is one hotel and 2 pubs in the village where you can eat/drink.

The township of Earlish is rural, within crofting countryside. Its a quiet setting with lovely views. There are no street lights, is a good spot to view the Aurora Borealis or Northern lights. We only have a couple of other houses nearby, so it is private and relaxing.
