Our rennovated Victorian townhouse is situated in a pleasant residential neighbourhood close to the heart of Stamford. We provide a comfortable, cosy, home from home with high quality furnishings & fittings and space for all guests to relax. Outside the house has a secluded sunny seated terrace area and dining area. With 2 reception rooms & a dining kitchen, our property is perfect for families, couples & business travellers alike. The house provides 2 sitting rooms, one with Smart TV with FreeSat and one with workspace and sofa bed suitable for one person, a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso Coffee Maker, large fridge freezer and microwave) with seating area for up to 5 people overlooking the courtyard garden. Upstairs is a large bedroom with UK king size bed, ample wardrobe and storage space and Sky TV (with Netflix, catch up TV etc), a smaller double room again with plenty of storage space and TV (Netflix only), and newly tiled bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
