Amazing, super spacious and newly refurbished Georgian apartment in the heart of Unesco New Town with breathtaking view and a back garden. Modern yet warm and lovely interior with beautiful flowers all around the space to make you feel home. This 2 bedroom-1,5 bathroom place can sleep up to 6 people with its 2 single sofa beds: perfect for 2-3 couples, a group of friends or even a bigger family who wish to stay in a central still quiet part of Edinburgh close to all the main attractions. This incredibly spacious, modern and decorative apartment has just been refurbished to the highest standards. With its 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) and 2 bigger single sofa beds the place can sleep 6 people comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, TV and wifi all for your convenience. Modern furniture, charming design with lovely flowers in every room. There is a beautiful shared garden at the back of the building as well that you are welcome to use. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared garden in the back of the building. I am always available on Airbnb and my co-hosts in Edinburgh are here to help you with anything 24/7. Ainslie Place is one of the most prestigious streets in the entire capital. Amazing Georgian architecture, super central yet quiet location where nature meets the city. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking as you look over the whole Northern part of Edinburgh with the sea and the back garden. Situated in the very heart of Unesco New Town the apartment is close to the charming Dean Village and to the vibrant Stockbridge area as well while Princess Street is also only a good 5 minutes walk away. Both Haymarket and Waverley train stations are within a convenient walking distance from the flat. It is just minutes away from the bus stop on Queensferry Road, where plenty of buses go should you plan to visit the Edinburgh Zoo, Portobello Beach or Craigmillar's Castle. If you are coming from the Airport both the bus 100 stop at Shandwick Place and the tram stop at West End Princess Street are less than 10 minutes away from my place on foot. I use a professional cleaning company providing hotel quality towels and linen.
