My place is stylish and comfortable, centrally located in a safe area, with outstanding transport and close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and transport. It's ten minutes to Marble Arch and Oxford Circus which are the main shopping centres in London and it's also close to parks and historical sights, being in a very accessible location with underground and buses available at close proximity. The area is vibrant and lively with a multicultural atmosphere and every amenity on the doorstep, yet the apartment is quiet, safe and a comfortable haven from the hussle and bustle of London. I lived in the area for over 16 years and love the fact that it's so close to the centre of London and has such good transport links. It's also near St John's Wood and Little Venice, two of the most exclusive areas in London with beautiful architecture. Hampstead Heath and the lovely leafy streets of Hampstead are only fifteen minutes away and the area boast two theatres, Hampstead theatre and the Tricycle theatre. I look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful city and sharing information about London that will make your stay more enjoyable.
Welcome to Allegra House I love hosting because it provides me the opportunity to meet a variety of people from different countries and cultures as I love learning about different cultures and I like to share my positive experiences of London with my guests and help them have the best possible stay in this beautiful and interesting city. I love the theatre and can recommend the London theatre as world class theatre with an amazing choice. I also love exploring different areas and going for walks in the beautiful parks of London and can recommend nice areas to explore. I am a foodie and love finding good places to buy and eat nice food which is a bit different to the average and can recommend lots of nice food markets, delis, restaurants and cafes. I love going to some of the great exhibitions that are available in London and will be able to provide you with information on art galleries and museums as required. My passion is travelling and my advice to any traveller coming to London or elsewhere is the best way to get to know a place is to walk and explore the city and not to try to see everything at the same time but to prioritise what is important for you to see.
Allegra House is located in Kilburn/West Hampstead area, which is zone 2. It is a safe area with brilliant transport facilities and very close to the centre of London with buses and trains which take only 10 to 15 minutes to get to all the places that you would like to see in London. The area is multicultural, with a lively and buzzy feel and has so much to offer in terms of shops, banks, bars and restaurants as well as parks, theatres and interesting places nearby. The Beatles Abbey Road is a short walk away from the apartment and the actual beatles studios is about 10 mintues walk. Queens Park and Hampstead Heath are very close, Portobello Road and Notting Hill are 15 minutes away by bus and St John's Wood and Little Venice are 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There are very good supermarkets, shops and cafes only 2 minutes from the apartment and nice bars and restaurants in Queens Park and St John's Wood which also have nice foodie delis. Queens Park has a farmers' market every Sunday from 10.00 to 2.00. Hampstead nearby, is a lovely leafy area with independent shops and a villagey feel and is famous for the heath, with its natural beauty and the poet, Keat's House
