The house is located only a 40-minute drive away from Edinburgh and will certainly meet your highest expectations. It has 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a formal living room with roaring wood burning fire, a separate TV lounge, Bar complete with pool table, darts board juke box and TV with Sky Sports and Movies package, conservatory overlooking the garden, a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with breakfast island, dining area and utility room, a separate formal dining room, extensive garden and patio with dining facilities and a 6 seater sunken hot tub. Private parking is included. Guests will have full unrestricted access to the house, patio and garden. There is enough space for 7 cars at the parking in front of the property. Please note there are two other lodges on the property that will share the driveway. The house has two floors. There is one staircase with 16 steps inside the property, 3 steps into the main front door and 5 steps down from the patio to the lawn in the garden.
