The Beach House is located on a quiet street in Alum Chine, a small beachfront enclave situated between Bournemouth town centre to the East, Westbourne to the North and Sandbanks to the West. Each apartment is finished to a very high standard with high quality furnishing throughout, en-suite shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens including all the facilities to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full evening meal. There is ample on site free parking and also free on street parking. We accept small/medium well-behaved dogs. Our cleaning team are amazing! So we are happy to accept dogs and know that our apartments will be smelling clean and fresh again ready for our next guests. The reviews on our cleaning speak for themselves!

I purchased Alum Chine Beach House in 2011 and spent 2 years renovating the building and converting it into 6 luxury modern apartments and a home for us, yes I live on the premises in our own apartment. Great care was taken with the design to provide everything a guest could need and time and money was invested restoring many of the original features and enhancing them with a modern décor. I chose the name Alum Chine Beach House as it sums up how we feel about the place; it’s moments away from the beach and has the feel of a big Victorian House. I travel regularly have stayed in hotel and apartments around world; I have tried to give our guests the best of both worlds, the luxury of a hotel room with the facilities of a well appointment apartment. Philippa runs the apartments day to day and it'll her you'll mainly be corresponding with during your stay. She has been with us now as Reservation Manager for 3 years so knows the place inside out, any questions and queries don't hesitate to ask.

Turn left and you're a 10 minute walk away from the sandy shores of Alum Chine. Turn right and you're a 10 minute walk away from Westbourne, a suburb of Bournemouth which has a great selection of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
