Hi, I am David and I have lived in Scotland all my life, originally from Dundee, and first lived in Edinburgh as far back as 1988 when I moved through to study at Napier Uni, a college back in those days. :-) I've lived and worked in Aberdeen and also lived in Perth. I've worked in Glasgow too so I'm quite familiar with the major cities of Scotland and can offer advice about them if you fancy a wee day trip. Edinburgh is a perfect base to discover and enjoy all of Scotland. Located within walking distance to Arthur’s Seat, Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Palace, and The Scottish Parliament. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the start of the famous Royal Mile at the Cannongate. Just over a mile walk to the Playhouse Theatre, Calton Hill, many local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc. Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city. 2nd-floor traditional apartment with a fresh and bright feel. You’ll love it. Accessed by stairs. Fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. All the essential items for a self-catering holiday e.g. glasses, plates, pots etc. Comfortable and spacious living area with sofa bed, 8 seat dining table, HD flat-screen TV, Amazon Prime streaming, Freeview HD, and very fast WiFi. Neighbourhood information

This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are not allowed. Please respect the other residents. This is a very safe neighbourhood quite close to the city centre. You can walk safely at night. Arthur's Seat is within a short walking distance. You are beside London Road which leads to the city centre and Portobello beach respectively, as well as being close to Arthur's Seat.
