Our lovely flat in Edinburgh New Town, which we use ourselves and love to share also with visitors, has a great mix of Georgian elegance (the flat dates from 1820) and modern convenience. From the high ceilings of the living room to the state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen, we want to make our flat a home-from-home for you as it is for us. The shower pressure is great, there's space aplenty, we even have a wine fridge! If you like to chill to some music or radio we have a Bose Bluetooth speaker to give you the atmosphere. There are lots of books on Edinburgh on our well-stocked bookshelves, to help you discover more about our Capital City.
We love spending time in Edinburgh and hope you will too. I never do more steps on my Fitbit than when I'm in the city - there just always seems more to explore and discover! I love theatre and music, history and art, so Edinburgh is my place for my cultural "fix"! And I'm not averse to a bit of shopping, either!
The location is perfect - a residential street on a Georgian terrace, only a short walk away from Princes Street and with all major sites easily accessible on foot - a short walk to the south for the National Portrait Gallery and to the north for the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, and an easy stroll west to Dean Village. If you're feeling like you want to take it easy, there's a bus stop just round the corner. Nearby we have a great selection of artisanal shops (bakeries, galleries, jewellers), antique shops, and there's a supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away. Enjoy peace and quiet without missing out on Edinburgh's action!
