The Moorings holiday apartment is a superb second floor contemporary apartment located on the main promenade in the delightful seaside town of Filey. Converted from part of an old Victorian building, which is situated on the seafront, this Filey self-catering apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, and provides excellent accommodation for couples looking for a relaxing or romantic break by the seaside. When entering the apartment into the hall which leads off into either the bedroom which boasts a double bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and Bedside cabinets with a TV. Next to the Bedroom is a modern bathroom with first-class fittings. The modern open plan living area is a comfortable, homely place to relax and unwind with a modern fitted kitchen and appliances.

Hello my name is Helen and I have lived with my husband Stuart for 17 years in the Heart of the Peak District. We both love to travel and go walking and enjoy the tranquil peace of the outdoor life both in the countryside and by the sea, and then nothing better than to call for a nice lunch or Dinner in the local pub. This is the experience we would like to share with all our guests, and to make them feel warm and welcome in our Apartment which is very close to the beach front in Filey.

The quaint town centre with its up and coming Cocktail Bars, Restaurants and Tea Rooms are a short 10 minute stroll. Or for the less energetic, there is a Hotel, Restaurant and bar next door, which serves excellent food and drink. A walk down the sandy Blue Flag beach which has been voted the UK's Best Beach by the Sunday Times" can either take you onto the nearby Cleveland Way or Flamborough Head, both are a perfect way to build up an appetite. Adjacent to the town Centre you can also find plenty to offer from a game on the tennis courts, the putting green or relaxing with a day of fishing. The surrounding area has plenty to offer holidaymakers, including the ever-popular Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby just a short drive along the coast road.
