My apartment is Cosy, Clean and Safe, just a minute walk from Clapham North Underground Station, only 12 minutes by metro to Central London and 9 minutes to Victoria Station. Great transport links to all parts of London including metro, overground and 24 hours buses. This spacious one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, large cosy open plan living area with HD TV with Freeview channels and small patio ideal for barbecue.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very convenient as it is very close and easy access to the City; there are plenty of shops around and also Clapham Common Park is 10-15 minutes away from the flat. Brixton is 12 minutes walking from my property and itself is a bit like a cool village within a large metropolis. It is a lively spot with many bars, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, cafes, markets and health food shops. And also there is a great organic farmers market locally every Sunday! Stockwell is on 10 minutes walking distance from my property. There are plenty of historic, affordable terraced houses to go around, relaxed restaurants and delis for weeknight dinners and long weekend catch-ups, and the pretty Larkhall Park if you’re needing a breath of fresh air. Stockwell is also known for having the largest Portuguese community outside of Portugal. Portuguese people living in what has become affectionately known as ‘Little Portugal’, so if you’re a fan of excellent seafood and creamy custard tarts you’ll find your fill of them here.
