The farm- Radmore bushes is a 2.5acre spinney right in the heart of our farm. The unspoilt wood consists of mostly oak and ash trees, and is sometimes grazed by our goats but is not used for other farming practices. The wood is unreachable by car but off road parking is available at Downs Farm and the wood is a short (5 minute walk) away down a rural lane. Assistance accessing the wood by all terrain vehicle can be arranged by appointment. The pub- In the heart of our quiet Northamptonshire village, Litchborough, lies the Old Red Lion Pub. The pub is grade 2 listed, features an inglenook fireplace and flagstone floors, opens 7 evenings a week with real ales served. Owned by our family from Radmore Farm (on the outskirts of the village), we are now pleased to offer the apartment above the pub as holiday accommodation!
We are Ben & Vicky and we live on Radmore Farm in Litchborough, near Towcester, Northants with our 3 children, Goats, Pigs, Cats & Dogs as well as some amazing wildlife. Since 2006 we have shared our food with many lovely customers and now we can share our spinney, Radmore Bushes and the apartment above our village pub with you too. We love being outdoors and part of a community.
