2 bedroom Non Smoking apartment on the ground floor adjacent to the tidal Copperhouse pool. 6 apartments in the block all let to professionals. Parking for one car included in the private yard in the No 1 bay. Central location for all towns, St Ives, Truro, Helston and Penzance. Lots of brochures on what to do in the region. Quiet location with good bird life on the estuary and 2 minutes walk to local post office. Children's recreation ground nearby with skate park. King George's walk across Cornwall's oldest stone bridge nearby and alongside the estuary with many exotic species of plant life, all maintained by the council. Finish up at the harbour about three quarters of a mile away where good food on the licenced beach cafe awaits. Boats for hire at this point and good crabbing off the quayside. Recommended day out on the open-top bus on a round trip taking in the North coast rd with it's rugged beauty and on to St Just, Penzance and return to Hayle. RedRiver 3 miles away has probably the best beach around, safe for families. A National Trust venue there is great surfing, wonderful views across St Ives bay and again good food.
