We hope you love staying at Arosa, we have tried to have everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. When you arrive there will be a welcome tray with tea and coffee (Milk in the fridge) some biscuits, a bottle of wine and some flowers. You can get straight into relaxing with a drink on the sunny raised terrace whilst your children explore the garden. Arosa is perfect for children with a safe enclosed garden and a high chair and space cot available for your stay. Booking com requires a refundable breakage deposit in cash for new owners to their site that is not convenient for visitors or myself, I would prefer to use pay pal to take the deposit 6 week before your holiday and be refunded back to you as soon as the property is cleaned and all is OK (Normally within 48 hours) . I live in the south west of England with my wife and two children. My mothers family has lived in Gorran Haven for a number of generations so all my childhood I heard stories of this beautiful Cornish village by the sea. I have owned Arosa for about 10 years and rented it to families each year on Home away and Air B n B with many reviews. About 2 years ago embarked on a major remodeling project to transform the property into a modern, spacious, luxurious open plan house that I had always dreamed about. We love it and hope you do too.

Arosa is situated on a quiet side road about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the beach, you can park just back from the beach in a large car park if you have young children and want to keep it easy. There is a great fish and chip shop, beach shop (in the summer), a useful village shop with post office and a fantastic cafe on the beach. There is a bus stop just down the road from Arosa.
