Cosy Grade ll listed cottage in the pretty village of Llandderfel. It has been decorated in a traditional cottage style with new flooring laid to the entire ground floor. There is a microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen. The shower room has been recently refitted with a shower cubicle. The lounge has a tv/dvd player with a range of DVDs available. There is also a selection of board games. At the rear there is a small garden with a table and chairs with views of open fields. There is a playground across the road for little ones and a local pub 1/2 a mile away which serves food and local cask ales.

Within an hours drive of the cottage there is lots of places to visit. We have the historic city of Chester and Shrewsbury. There is beaches at Barmouth, Porthmadog and Harlech. There are several railways and castles too. In Bala, which is 4 miles away, we have the White Water Rafting and the lake where you can hire boats. It also has a variety of shops, cafe, restaurants, takeaways and pubs. Mount Snowdon, Cader Idris, Aran and Arenig mountains for the more serious walkers. There are local walks right outside of the front door and fishing in the Dee. There is biking in Llandegla and Brenig which have different courses to suit all abilities. Lake Vyrnwy also has bike hire available and cafes.
