3 bedroom luxury Holyrood Park life sleeps 6. Every room in Arthurs View has a stunning outlook over Arthurs seat. Even the kitchen sink has the most perfect viewing point to watch the world go by. The top floor Apartment, split over two levels, is presented to a very high standard having only completed its development and opened to the rental market in June 2016. The ground floor comprises of an open plan lounge/diner, kitchen, double bedroom and toilet. The upper floor has two further double bedrooms and the family Bathroom with bath and shower. Unfortunately Stag or Hen parties are not accepted and courtesy should be extended to neighbours by ensuring noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10pm.

I live in Kinghorn, just the other side of the Forth Estuary from Edinburgh where I'm volunteer crew for the local RNLI lifeboat. Arthurs View was my first ever flat after graduating from University. Back then it was only 1 bedroom and has only recently had the upper floor added. Its a great location. So lucky to have such a beautiful natural park as your garden, whilst still being so close to the City Centre.

My place is in Holyrood Park, adjacent to Arthurs Seat and very close to Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile. You’ll love my place because of the location right on Holyrood Park, like having the countryside in the heart of a City. The all south facing views are stunning and the standard of finish in my newly refurbished apartment is impressive whilst still being cosy and welcoming.
